CLASS LEVEL - Mixed ability  

 Wednesday 13th January - 31st March (half term break 17th February)

A fun, dance inspired, aerobics class, suitable for all abilities. This class offers a good all over body and cardiac workout, with a focus also on core strength and flexibility.

Please wear appropriate aerobic trainers and clothes you are comfortable to sweat in!  

Cost: £6, £5 concessions - 18.30-19.30 Wednesdays, Wednesday 13th January - 31st March (half term break 17th February)

Chisenhale Dance Space has selected 10 NEW Short Dance Films from ALL OVER THE WORLD for your watching pleasure. Have a lovely local curry and then get shaken awake by some of the best contemporary
Dance-filmmakers cruising the genre at present.

Learn VOCAB DANCE's movement vocabulary; an eclectic and exhilarating style that blends contemporary dance techniques Afro-Jazz dance and physical expression.

These classes are open to intermediate/advanced students and professional dancers.  Every Wednesday 7:30-9pm from January 13th.

Cost: £5 per class (£4.50 pre-booking and concessions)
