All the teachers are experienced artists working in the dance industry as teachers and choreographers, each with their own dance company. These classes are in high demand! Contemporary Jazz Dance Class with Melody Squire

Melody Squire of Sol Dans Company will be teaching a dynamic technique class aimed at increasing core stability, strength and flexibility. This 1 hour 15 min class combines energetic American jazz with expressive contemporary/lyrical.

This class is suitable for Intermediate/Advanced dancers.

Beginners Contemporary Dance Class

Join Maddy Wynne-Jones of Tempered Body Dance in a lively introductory Beginners Contemporary Dance Class. This fun class will give you the fundamentals of Contemporary Dance with an overall emphasis on musicality and improved body awareness.

This energetic class is a great way to enjoy dance and get fit in an encouraging environment.

Suitable for complete beginners or people returning to dance after a break.

African Contemporary Dance

Alesandra Seutin and Vocab Dance Company will be offering weekly African Contemporary Dance Classes on Wednesday evenings. Classes will give participants the opportunity to experience Vocab Dance's unique movement vocabulary; an eclectic and exhilarating style that blends the fluidity of African dance, the precision of jazz dance with the structure of contemporary dance technique all in a challenging, energetic, fun and fast paced session.

This class is open to all levels but some dance experience is essential.
