Vinyasa Yoga, a flowing and strong style, incorporates the traditional Hatha poses which link together to form a continual flowing sequence. Eve has practiced for ten years and has trained in various different styles. Focusing on the core principles of yoga and with a solid emphasis of correct alignment and breathing, expect to be physically challenged and discover new possibilities in how you move. Eve will teach the foundations of yoga and guide you towards more complex sequences and postures.


About Eve: 

I teach yoga, a flowing and strong style incorporating the tradition Hatha poses. I have practiced for 10 year and have trained in different styles. I teach the core principles of yoga and place a solo emphasis on correct alignment and breathing.

In my classes expect to be physically challenged and discover new possibilities in how you move. I will teach the foundations of yoga and guide you toward more complex sequences and postures.
