Our Cancellation & Payment Policy

Unfortunately it is only possible to view our studios by prior arrangement - this is because they are in almost constant usea and they have no windows so visitors can't see in without disturbing hirers. Please call the office and we'd be pleased to make an appointment with you.

Cancellation & Payment Policy

We accept payment in cash, cheque and the following cards: Mastercard,
Maestro, VISA, Visa Electron, Solo.

All hires must be paid in full in advance of the booking. In the cases of
block bookings (20 hrs or more) we require 50% of full payment at the time
of booking and the remaining 50% before the booking starts.

All short hires (less than 8 hrs) require 3 working days notice of
cancellation, block bookings require 5 working days notice of cancellation.
If not enough notice is given when cancelling a booking then the full hire
fee will be charged.

If you are booking the main studio for performance hire we require £50
deposit which is refunded at the end of the booking after an inspection of
the space.
