Booking Terms

20 Hours or Less

For any bookings under 20 hours we will take full payment at the time of booking.
We do not hold or pencil dates but are always happy to chat about availability over the telephone.
Small bookings can be cancelled for a full refund or swapped for another anything up to 5 days in advance.

More than 20 Hours

For larger block bookings we will raise an invoice for you and take 50% payment as a deposit at the time of booking. The balance is payable on the first day of your booking. After the first 50% is paid, the following cancellation terms will apply to this deposit:

60+ days notice:Full refund of deposit.
30-60 days notice:50% refund of deposit.
14-30 days notice:25% refund of deposit.
Less than 14 days:No refund of deposit.

Payment

We welcome the following cards: Mastercard, Visa & Solo/Switch.
A booking fee of £1.50 will be charged for all credit card bookings.

If you would like to pay by credit card please contact the office and make your transaction via phone.

We also accept cash payments made in person and for larger bookings we will accept a cheque but only when paid in person.
