About Louise Mochia
Louise has been a member of Chisenhale Dance Space since 2010 when she joined as a Caravan Artist with BELLYFLOP Magazine.
Born and raised in Denmark, Louise started dancing at the age of seven. She has been London-based since 2006 and is a graduate of London Contemporary Dance School.
After attaining her degree, Louise was awarded the danceWEB scholarship programme, a five-week residency at Vienna International Dance Festival.
August 2011, she joined Fabulous Beast Dance Theatre, performing in Michael Keegan-Dolan's new work, Rian. Louise is also a member of all female group Immigrants and Animals, improvisation ensemble Trumpet Creepers, and HitchHikeDance Collective. In 2008, Louise founded online, artist-led dance and performance publication BELLYFLOP Magazine.
