The focus of these classes is to introduce new movements to the dancers, to facilitate their creative ideas, and to start to develop technique, posture, and alignment, all while placing an emphasis on self-expression. We explore creative ideas in pairs and groups discovering how to work together. We start to learn new moves through short contemporary dance exercises, sequences, and games to develop and investigate new ways to express ourselves. You’re invited to watch the last class of term.
NEW for 2018! Terms are now 12 classes long. During half term there are no classes. See all of our 2018-19 classes and the term schedule here.
