New course for the term: 1st October 2024 – 19th November 2024
The initial drop in classes offer any and all to come and feel out the content we will share as part of the 8 week course. The intention is to embrace a dynamic and varied physical practice. Movement Mobility seeks to share ideas not only relevant to dancers, but to open these valuable and impactful ideas to the general public. The class will have both calm moments for self-awareness and breathwork, whilst also having dynamic or powerful moments for exploration. This class is led by Lewis Wilkins, and is 90 minutes long.
Hosted at Chisenhale Dance Space, in the Performance Studio. (Larger studio)
LMG offer an early bird booking offer, available to all until the end of August. We also offer student discounts on all classes/courses/workshops, simply use the code STUDENT at checkout.
