In this class, the intention is to embrace a dynamic and varied physical practice. The class will have both calm moments for self-awareness and breathwork, whilst also having dynamic or powerful moments for exploration.
This class is led by Wil Brown, and is 90 minutes long.

About your workshop instructor

Wil is a multi-disciplinary movement teacher. He founded the London Movement Group 5 years ago and has been supporting international movement teachers and sharing his own ideas through the community ever since.
