Introducing Pilates to our everyday life it is not only a great way to exercise physically and look after our body needs, but it is highly connected with our mental, emotional and social health.
In a world where everything runs too fast, in a daily routine where stress and work overwhelm the majority of the population, it is essential to be able to dedicate some time to ourselves and find a place where we can recharge.
Pilates & Flow wants to offer this safe place where to boost our wellbeing mentally as well as physically.
Classes are suitable for EVERYONE – The class is 1 hour long, full body workout focusing especially on alignment, improving flexibility, strengthening mainly core, glutes and legs.
About your workshop instructor
Yvonne is a dancer, qualified dance teacher and Pilates Matwork instructor. She graduated in Contemporary Dance at Trinity Laban, she performed as a professional dancer for several companies in Italy and in the UK and she currently works in many venues and gyms as dance teacher and Pilates instructor.
She works with all levels and abilities and always gives options for everyone in order to allow every single person to work correctly and at the level the body requires. Corrections and feedbacks always provided.
Her classes have usually many different exercises that target different muscles, have different training purposes and vary in terms of range of intensity so everyone can find their flow throughout and adjust anything based on the intensity they want to work with.
