Move, groove and sway to familiar tunes and future classics in this funky Dance Fitness experience. Travelling phrases across the floor combined with Contemporary, Latin, African Dance and Yoga moves will feed your mind and body and help you reconnect to the joy of moving to music. Natasha introduces a new soundtrack to the class each week including soul, 70’s funk, 80’s synthpop, afro-beats, dancehall and dub. This class is the perfect way to dance away the stresses of the day…


About the Instructor:

Natasha Swingler is a London-based dance and video artist, yoga teacher and bodyworker. She has performed at venues across London and the UK including galleries, theatre spaces and railway stations, and her video works have been shown across the UK and Europe. Natasha is passionate about the power of movement and dance to improve wellbeing and bring people together.

Tania Soubry is a dancer, performer, choreographer and teacher. She draws on her broad dance experience, which encompasses Contemporary dance, Bartenieff Fundamentals and Somatic Practices as well as African and Street Dance. Tania has also studied various martial arts including Aikido, Tai Chi and Chi Gong. In her teaching she distills all this knowledge in a constant process of investigation and transmission, focusing on breath, weight, space, groove, rhythm and dynamics, all with a spirit of curiosity, wholeness and joy.
