An energising yoga class to bring life back to the body at the weekend and an opportunity to connect with local like minded people.
Class will aim to energise and create connection within your body and mind. It will be suitable for all levels apart from absolute beginners. Some, even if only a small amount of experience would be best, there will be props to help students with asana throughout the class. The movement will be very inclusive with options to work harder or softer, injuries can be modified for and early pregnancy is welcome if you are already practiced in Yoga. Unfortunately, the studio space is located on the second floor, accessed only by a staircase (not wheelchair accessible), which we apologise for. Please do not hesitate to ask if you need help deciding if this class is for you, we will be as accommodating as possible.
There will be moments for a challenge, moments for stillness and moments for breath, it will be a great addition to your routine if you spend the week working at a desk, if you are a runner/cyclist etc. and need some movement to compliment your routine. Or if you are a seasoned yogi looking for something more affordable and more local to you. A non judgemental, community focused class with some grounding music and a chance to escape busy life.
Every week there will be an hour after class in the kitchen/lounge where we can have tea and biscuits, chat, ask questions, read, rest, reflect. I would love to get to know the community better and cater the class to your needs.
