Intermediate Hatha Flow Yoga is challenging yet accessible, friendly, inclusive, and non-judgmental. We will work on refining basic principles and applying them to more challenging postures. We will explore accuracy, choice, and freedom in movement. Everybody is different, so there will be options and modifications offered for different levels within the wide bracket of ‘intermediate level’. Come and try the class – you may surprise yourself and have some fun! Every class will end with a full and nourishing relaxation.
