Description

This class is the next step after Leaps and Strides (Ages 4-5). We build on what we have already learned, experiencing more challenging movements, and building strength and flexibility by learning more complex phrases. We experiment more with imagination, going on a story telling adventure of dance steps and improvisation. We always end the class with a cool-down involving stretching and simple yoga. These classes are a great space for children to build their confidence and explore creativity and physicality – all while having fun!
