Chisenhale Dance are now recruiting for the freelance role of Artist Development Associate.

This is a project management role to further develop and deliver several artist development opportunities in the coming months, including residencies and bursaries. Chisenhale Dance has recently been awarded an Arts Council England grant to support a year-long programme boosting our public programme, Member-focussed artist development opportunities and continuing organisational change, including beginning a process to better support artists of colour in our Membership.

This role will suit an artist who is experienced at managing projects, a producer, or an arts administrator with an interest and/or experience in inclusive ways of working. It is hoped the successful applicant could continue as a regular freelance member of the Chisenhale Dance team.

We are particularly keen to hear from people of colour / BAME applicants, as they are currently under-represented in our workforce.
