Join our regular Saturday Children’s Class teacher, Olly Otley, for a fun, relaxed workshop of family dance, play and games.
14:00 – 14:30: Contemporary Dance performance
‘Terpsichore in Jest’ by Kaya Blumenthal-Rothchild and Mary Sweetnam. Terpsichore in Jest is a duet that explores silliness, hesitancy, and harmony as we navigate individual intentions which may not always align. Kaya (she/her) and Mary (she/her) are London based dance artists that make up two-thirds of Perpetual Folly, a performance collective focused on accessing humor and play through movement.
14:30 – 16:00: Family workshop and free flow dance
Olly and Cat carry on their earlier session with a playlist full of your favourite tunes and opportunities for all the family to move, shake and shimmy – its a chance to burn of some energy and get a taste of what our regular classes are like. Who knows, you might even catch the dancing bug!
