Let’s talk! Following the performance, join us in dialogue on the topic of, What’s it like to be an artist-performer-maker in New England: Getting work, funding, visibility, and opportunities for future international exchange.
In the spirit of international adventure and building cross-continental community, The Boston Touring Group seeks international partnerships with organisations and individuals outside of the US. Our Vision is to facilitate experiences of travel, performance, dialogues, and relationships which cross international borders. We are ready to open our artistic homes and resources in New England to you, if you’re willing to open yours to us too.
The Boston Touring Group is a grassroots initiative that is propelled by a mutual desire to share professional performance work internationally. Emphasising the values of rigour, research, athleticism , and relevance, The Boston Touring Group is a dance collective comprised of two Boston-based dance companies and one Providence-based company. Each artist involved embodies a deep passion for international adventure, and crosscultural artistic exchange.
