Be bathed by soothing sound and inspired to move by ambient soundscapes and beats.

The session will begin with a curated playlist taken from Michael’s 9 albums as ‘Frequency.Fixer), taking you from a hypnotically chilled base to dance inducing rhythms, which you can move to if you feel like. It will then wind down to get you ready for the second segment, where you will be invited to lie and get comfortable.This will last 45 minutes and there will be a short break.
Michael will then take you on a sound journey with his medicine drum, singing bowls, symphonic gong, and Native American drone flute. Repetitive sounds which have no discernible melody will activate your vagus nerve and parasympathetic system, taking you from ‘fight or flight’ mode into a state of safety. Entraining the brain for over ten minutes of this sound takes you down into Delta and Theta brainwave modes, which is identical to deep restful sleep. You will be fully conscious throughout, even if you start snoring!This will last approximately 1 hour.
You will be welcome to share your experiences should you so wish, or simply chill and flop!
Please bring a yoga mat or something to lie on, a blanket and an eye mask.
Participants will be given links to Michael’s electronic playlist and/or a six gong, drum and bowl sound journey recording if desired.
