Hatha Flow Yoga
Drop-in (level - intermediate)


Refine basic principles and apply them to more challenging postures. A friendly and non-judgmental class promoting accuracy, choice, and freedom in movement.

SUNDAYS | 10-11AM
Yoga for Beginners
10 week course (level - beginners)


This 10 week course breaks down the fundamental aspects of yoga, including breath, alignment, and gives you the skills to adapt postures to your specific needs.

THURSDAYS | 7-8PM
SWEAT! Dance Fitness
Drop-in (level - any)


Have fun, tone up and improve your stamina with this full-body workout! Combines contemporary, Latin, and yoga moves with an eclectic 70's and 80's soundtrack.
