A joyful and dynamic class that develops technique and individual expression
A dynamic released based class – attending to imagination & sensation, using improvisation, release and somatic techniques to guide us into a deeper joy and sensitivity in moving. The class begins by awakening physical awareness as we play between set movement and individual exploration, giving the opportunity to enhance our sense of grounding, expansion and musicality. Focus is given to our movement potential as we play with our embodied desires to move with generosity within ourselves, others and the space we encounter.
