The CDS Advocates programme is for people who believe artists need affordable space, meaningful support and the power to shape the future of culture.

You might be a former CDS artist, a neighbour, collaborator, audience member or someone who simply shares our values. What connects our Advocates is a belief that culture is something we build together.

We’re inviting Advocates to match the cost of an Artist Community membership through a monthly donation of:

• £5 per month (£60 per year)
• £7 per month (£84 per year)
• £10 per month (£120 per year)
• £12 per month (£144 per year)

As a small charity without regular public funding, every contribution helps sustain artist-led space, collective learning, leadership development and opportunities for artists to shape the future of CDS.

As an Advocate you will receive:

• A quarterly newsletter with updates from artists and the CDS team
• A 15% discount on space hire bookings
• An invitation to our annual Advocates Supper with artists, supporters, staff and trustees
• Early access to selected events and opportunities before public release
• Opportunities to connect with artists, organisers and cultural workers from across the Artist Community, and to share skills, knowledge, networks and opportunities that could benefit artists in the community.
