The Work Room: Anti-Racism Training Webinars
TWR have partnered with Chisenhale Dance Space and artist Season Butler to offer three anti-racism training webinars. We hope these can provide a common basis of understanding in our communities, and foster a more inclusive space for artists who experience racism and colourism.
Each session offers moments for you to pause the video, write and reflect. The videos are captioned, and designed to be completed at your own pace.

These training webinars were created by Season Butler
Season Butler is a writer, artist and dramaturg. She thinks a lot about youth and old age; solitude and community; negotiations with hope and what it means to look forward to an increasingly wily future. Her debut novel, Cygnet, was published in 2019 and won the 2020 Writers’ Guild Award for Best First Novel. She lives in Berlin and is currently a fellow of the Berlin Artistic Research Grant Programme, Berliner Förderprogramm Künstlerische Forschung.
